2 nights accommodation at Disney’s Sequoïa Lodge® hotel
Access to the Princess Tiana Ball on 18th September 2010 (exclusive gala evening including dinner and magical experience)
4 3-Day tickets for the Disney Parks (Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park) each valid for three days, for one person
A cheque for £150 towards transport costs will be issued to the winner. The prizewinner is responsible for organising their own transport to the resort once they have received confirmation of their hotel booking
Prize Terms and Conditions
The holiday must be booked and taken to coincide with the Princess Tiana Ball in Disneyland Paris on 18th September 2010 & is subject to availability
2 nights accommodation at Disney’s Sequoïa Lodge® hotel on the basis of 4 people, including at least one adult, sharing a standard room
4 3-Day tickets for the Disney Parks (Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park) each valid for the duration of the stay (three days), for one person (subject to capacity)
Transfers are not included
Travel Insurance is not included
Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g. meals, drinks, hotel incidentals, telephone charges, room service etc) will be at the guests own expense
The prize winner if under 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the holiday.
The winner will receive hotel vouchers and park tickets in advance of confirming their accommodation. If these hotel vouchers or park tickets are lost then they cannot be replaced.
There is no cash or prize alternative.
Check with your local authorities regarding passport and visa requirements as winning family is responsible for ensuring everyone has a valid passport and any necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with international travel and/or immigration regulations.
The closing date for entries is 30th March, 2010. No purchase necessary.
The competition is open to all residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland, excluding employees of The Walt Disney Company Ltd and other persons professionally connected to the promotion.
Entries should be submitted via www.disneylandparis.co.uk/princess/index.xhtml or posted to: Princess Tiana Ball competition, Disney Princess, PO Box 51, Erith, DA8 1WD. By entering the competition, competitors agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. Promoters reserve the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed, damaged after posting.
The first properly completed entry drawn at random will be the winning entry. The closing date for the receipt of entries is 30th March, 2010, all entries must be received by this date. Draw Date April 6th, 2010. The winner will be notified by post within 30 working days. The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. After May 31st, 2010 the winning name can be obtained from: Princess Magazine, Tiana Ball competition winning name, Egmont Publishing Group, 239 Kensington High Street, London, W8 6SA, on receipt of a stamped addressed envelope.
If the name drawn declines to take part a further draw will take place until a properly completed entry is drawn and the prize is accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this prize draw or by the entrant’s acceptance of the prize, or any damage to any entrant’s or other person’s computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of downloading any material relating to this promotion. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
